Indulge your feet with an at-home pedicure experience that will leave them feeling refreshed, soft, and smooth. Below are some daily tips to help you polish and protect your feet from harsh environmental factors that contribute to dead skin cells and rough patches:
**Scrub**: Use our foot scrub at least twice a week. Apply it to feet gently massage the scrub into your feet for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
**Moisturise**: Daily moisturising is essential. One of the primary issues with many feet is insufficient hydration. After bathing, apply moisturiser and massage it in thoroughly. Use your thumbs to make circular motions across the arch, then gently massage the tops of your feet. For optimal results dedicate five to ten minutes to each foot.
**Treat**: Properly care for your toenails. Always keep them trimmed. It is advisable to trim them after bathing when they are softer.
